About the remodel
A year after completing a stunning bathroom remodel for a couple with homes in Eagle Crest and downtown Chicago, they returned to us for another renovation. What began as a routine selection of materials in the spring—followed by installation in the fall—quickly changed when their Eagle Crest home suffered unexpected flooding. Our team stepped in promptly, not only to reassure the homeowners but also to deliver another outstanding remodel, with Chris and Jennifer Nelson dedicating weekends to ensure the project was completed according to plans and ahead of schedule.
The defining features of this project
The transformation blends modern elegance with functional sophistication. The kitchen features MSI Quartz Calacatta Miraggio Seaglass countertops and backsplash, where the subtle seaglass tones add a calming, contemporary touch. This beautiful quartz continues into the bathroom vanity and bar/buffet area, creating a seamless flow of style throughout the home.
In the guest bathroom, Daltile’s Outlander Sterling floor tiles were chosen for their sleek silver-gray tones, which offer both durability and a polished aesthetic. To complement this, we installed an Isenberg Brushed Nickel Faucet at the vanity, combining sleek design with practical functionality. The shower walls are wrapped in Makoto Matte Ceramic Tile in Arashi Blue, whose deep, moody blue tones evoke the calm of ocean waves, adding a captivating focal point to the room.
